The Brazilian savannah, the Cerrados in the north of the state of Minas Gerais, is home to the Betonica (Lamiaceae Hyptis). It is also known as bush mint. Valuable oils are extracted from it. The nutrient-rich flowers provide the nectar for the unique, tasty honey.

Consumption recommendation
- Our packaging is designed in such a way that the honey is already largely protected from light. This avoids photooxidation and thus protects the honey's valuable enzymes.
- You're welcome cool or store at room temperature between 18 and 23 degrees Celsius.
- Crystallization is a natural process which sooner or later takes place with all untreated honey.
- To preserve the valuable ingredients, please do not heat or add to hot drinks.
- This is a single-variety, unmixed, unpasteurized or heavily filtered honey. The priority is to preserve the natural active ingredients.
